This is "dirty" version of primer red. Contrarily to straight RAL 3009 primer red it portrays anti-corrosive coating of an object/vehicle that that has been in use for some time. If you are modelling a train cart or other vehicle that has already seen some service this is the colour to go, you might further combine it with straight RAL 3009 or faded type for added variation.
